Water and Sewer Rates Resolution 2012
New Construction Rates 2012 -- There is a one time water usage fee of $75.00 to cover the water used by the contractor prior to the installation of the water meter. Once the water meter is requested and left at the new construction site, the contractor/owner is required to begin paying the water/sewer bill.
