There is a one time water usage fee of $75.00 to cover the water used by contractor prior to the installation of the water meter. Once the water meter is requested and left at the new construction site, the contractor/owner is required to pay the water and sewer bill.

EROSION CONTROL: $500 (Will be returned after inspection)
